The creative Christmas packages provide employees and colleagues with unforgettable hours in the exclusive ambience of the four-star hotel. So the old year can end with pleasure. Company events begin with a convivial champagne reception or a cup of mulled wine at the winterly wooden hut under the historic arcades.
From chestnut soup to baked apple
The service team then serves a three- or four-course menu of your choice in one of the stylishly decorated rooms and halls or in the hotel restaurant “Platanenhof”. Upon request, guests can also enjoy a festive themed buffet. A chestnut soup with cinnamon croutons, for example, is a seasonal appetizer. For the main course, the kitchen crew conjures venison veal roasts with rosemary cream sauce, accompanied by stuffed pears with cranberries, bacon rose cabbage and Macaire potatoes. An alternative for poultry lovers: braised goose leg with stuffed baked apple, cranberry-red cabbage and potato dumpling. Sweetmouths get their money’s worth for dessert. The menu also includes a spicy gingerbread parfait with mulled wine foam.
„Dinner Game Show“ with Fun-factor
A colourful selection of creative supporting programmes enriches the company event. For example, the menu can be expanded to include a “Dinner Game Show”. In this special kind of entertainment, teams compete against each other. A showmaster and his assistant will lead you through varied games with a high fun factor between the individual courses. The participants must solve among other things by voting device or Buzzer button Quiz play rounds or team tasks, partly under time defaults. Correct answers and speed are decisive for victory.
Tasting is the order of the day: craft beer and wine
The dinner can also be supplemented and enhanced by supporting programmes from the culinary sector. Fans of barley juice will certainly enjoy the craft beer tasting. Seven varieties of hand brewed craft beer will be served. A certified beer sommelier will report all kinds of interesting facts about the cult drink and answer all questions with great professional competence. For those who prefer wine: Alternatively, a wine tasting is also possible, accompanied by a neighbouring wine sommelier and dealer from the spa town. These evenings offer an attractive mix of enjoyment, creativity and information.
Advent brunch and “Dolce Cultura”
The house is also happy to implement individual Christmas party wishes. The otherwise usual compulsory event at the end of the year with the colleagues thus becomes a “delicious” pleasure for the entire staff in the Bad Nauheim conference hotel. The Advent brunch on Sundays from 1. December also promises festive flair and enjoyment – also an opportunity for the boss to thank his own team for the work they have done.
