“Up to 85% more inquiries and bookings” – These are the experiences of the hoteliers, who have taken advantage of the marketing possibilities of MICE access.
Previously declared as so-called “premium options”, MICE access further enhances its TOP marketing packages and creates a better perception among the hoteliers with the umbrella term “Selection“.
With the new selcetion packages, hoteliers can in the future a little extra marketing power for their own hotel order to profit in addition to the enormous advantages of the free basic listing.
How about with a “booking guarantee”? MICE access is so convinced of the range of its own distribution platform that all hoteliers are offered a booking guarantee for at least one booked group or conference per year from the “Security Selection” package. If the respective hotel does not receive a booking contrary to expectations, MICE access pays 500 € cashback to the respective hotel.
To ensure that the Selection Hotels receive as many qualified RFPs as possible (requests or request for proposal), the Selection packages contain different marketing modules. These range from a better ranking to extensive social media activities.
Of course, more inquiries are not enough. The goal is to turn more requests into more bookings. For this purpose, the selection hotels already receive the personal contact data to convince the end customer of a booking in their own hotel during the decision phase of the respective end customer.
For the launch of the new Selcetion packages, MICE access grants lucrative special rates for its hotel partners. Interested hoteliers can simply book the desired package on the website. All already registered hotels (currently about 20,000) can make the desired selection in their personal hotel area.
